Common Shoulder Problems
The most common cause of shoulder pain is bursitis and rotator cuff problems. With acute shoulder problems, one may struggle carrying out various activities. Inability to sleep on one side, inability do overhead tasks, inability to participate in sports such as swimming and tennis are some of the symptoms. Other shoulder problems arise from instability, dislocation and subluxation, which are more common in contact sports.
